Tamar Fruit Meat Biryani

Daging Beriani Buah Tamar


Ingredient

400 grams of meat without bones (use boneless meat.)
5 pieces of palm fruit take out the seed
1/4 large onion (can be replaced with 5 shallots)
2 cloves garlic
2 inches ginger (thumb size)
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
1 tablespoon coriander
4 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
6 dried chillies
1 cup fresh milk (can be substituted with 1 cup coconut milk)
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup (can be substituted with tomato puree or tomato sauce)
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
Ropes

Cut the meat simple cubic form, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, dried chillies, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and fruit trees. Set aside.

Then, heat oil and add cinnamon sticks, star anise and cardamom, after rising smell, and include the above ingredients, stirring well. After a crisp, add meat and stir again. Let the moment.

After that put in fresh milk or coconut milk, tomato ketchup, sweet soy sauce and dark soy sauce and 2 cups of water. Cook until meat is tender and sauce thickens and the oil breaks, adjust taste, season with salt. Ready to serve. Easy, tasty and delicious.
