Nasi lemak
3 cups rice
2 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon fenugreek
2 inches ginger
A little bit of sliced onions
1 pandan leaves
Pinch of salt
Ropes
Wash the rice, sieve and set aside, then heat the steamer.
Thin slices of onion and ginger, then letting a round baking
pan with banana leaves, and add rice, a cup of coconut milk, onion, pandan
leaves, ginger and fenugreek, stir well. Steam for 30 minutes.
