Coconut Rice


Nasi lemak
Ingredient

3 cups rice
2 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon fenugreek
2 inches ginger
A little bit of sliced ​​onions
1 pandan leaves
Pinch of salt

Ropes

Wash the rice, sieve and set aside, then heat the steamer.

Thin slices of onion and ginger, then letting a round baking pan with banana leaves, and add rice, a cup of coconut milk, onion, pandan leaves, ginger and fenugreek, stir well. Steam for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes of steaming, remove the baking pan filled with rice before, and add another cup of coconut milk, stir well, steamed back to cooking rice. Ready to be served, safe to try.
