Daging Salai Masak Chili Padi
400gram rod nut meat, smoked and sliced thin

6-8 chilli (if you want spicy you can be add more)
1 cup coconut milk +1 cup water
1 piece tamarind Gelugor
Little turmeric or saffron powder
Pinch of salt

potatoes are quite tender add gelugor acid and smoked meats, adjust taste, add
a bit of salt. stir constantly.
Cook the sauce until
oil breaks, pick up and ready to be served warm, safe to try.
