Ayam Bakar Satay Dengan Madu
1 chicken (1kg) cut in 4 parts
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
2 inches ginger
2 inches ginger
1/4 large onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sugar
a little turmeric powder
pinch of salt
For grilled chicken sauce
1/2 cups coconut milk
Put in the remaining marinade ingredients
a little sugar and salt

The 1kg chicken that we used just now, cut the chicken 4
sides, and then prick the chicken with a fork into the chicken meat and bones.
Smooth the ingredient using a blender, coriander, fennel
seeds, ginger, galangal, garlic, onions and turmeric powder, add some water and
set aside, add the chicken into a container and pour the ingredients that we
blender just now, And then pour the honey, salt and sugar, make sure the mix
well and warm.
Close the container with plastic wrap or place it in a
covered container, marinate in the fridge for about 3 hours or more. After
that, remove the chicken and place on wire racks iron, baked in the oven at 180
degrees for 70 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, make the grilled chicken sauce, the remaining marinade
in a container we used as gravy, heat a pan and pour the coconut milk with the
remaining marinade, adjust the flavour, if it is already good, do not add sugar
or salt, we fear is too salty or too sweet , stir constantly until thick and
rose oil sauce (shiny). Once roasted chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over it
and just ready to be served with immediate packed rice, peanut sauce, sliced
cucumber and sliced onion.
